Andrews Angel lead the way in providing advice on the legal consequences relating to employee kidnap
On the 22nd of May 2008 Patrick Andrews addressed a conference at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office on the The Law Relating to Kidnap of Employee’s in the UK and Oversea’s.
This was at the specific invitation of Terry Waite CBE.
Patrick’s address was on the application and effect of the Corporate Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Act and Gross Negligence Manslaughter following the death of a kidnapped employee and was very well received. Other speakers included Deputy Police Commissioner Cressida Dick of the Metropolitan Police
