Police Officer acquitted of Misconduct in Public Office

Following a nine week trial, K, a constable serving in the Metropolitan Police has been acquitted of all counts of Misconduct in Public Office.

This sees his complete vindication having maintained from the outset his denial of allegations that he had passed information to suspected drug dealers.

K’s defence team was led by Andrews Angel Solicitors’ partner, Paul Angel and included counsel James Ageros and Valerie Charbit.
